Mauk Award Nomination Form

Since 1998, ICT has recognized an individual who has made a notable contribution to the Texas property and casualty insurance industry. ICT believes it is important to recognize the contributions of those who have helped shape and build the industry into a key component of the Texas economy.

The award honors former Texas Fire Commissioner Raymond Mauk who enjoyed a long and distinguished career and held many positions of leadership within the insurance industry. Among his many accomplishments, Commissioner Mauk's leadership and persistence helped create the Texas Insurance Checking Office, which still serves our industry today.
